Pull out the contents of the top HON file cabinet drawer.When the drawer is empty, extend it.Pull the drawer out of the cabinet by lifting it up.
The lock is secured with the c-clip.The lock cylinder has a c-clip around it.To remove the c-clip, use a flat-head screwdriver.
Remove the lock from the front of the cabinet and replace it with a new one.To unhook the drawer mechanism from the lock linkage, push it down.
