There are many ways to add a comment to a Microsoft Word document.
Step 1: Click a Word document to change it.
You can open the document in Microsoft Word.
Step 2: Click and drag across the text.
The text will be highlighted by this.You should highlight everything you wish to say in your comment.
Step 3: Click the selected text if you want to.
If you do this, you will get a drop-down menu.
Step 4: If you want to make a new Comment, click here.
It is at the bottom of the menu.
Step 5: You can type the comment.
It will be on the right side of the Word window.
Step 6: On the document, click anywhere.
It will allow you to move on to the next section of text that needs commenting.If you don't save your document before closing, your comments will not be saved.
Step 7: Click to change the document.
You can open the document in Microsoft Word.
Step 8: You can click on the Review tab.
There is a blue section at the top of the document.A new set of options will be opened when you do that.
Step 9: Track changes can be made by clicking Track Changes.
There is an option at the top of the Word page.Clicking it will allow Microsoft Word's "Track Changes" feature.
Step 10: Next to Track Changes is a drop-down box.
If you draw a vertical red line on the far left side of any added or deleted text, it will show no other edits.There are red text and comment boxes on the left side of the page.There are no red text or comment boxes when you display your changes in addition to the original document.There are no changes to the original document.
Step 11: Click on the one you want to modify.
You can leave comments for other users to review.
Step 12: You can click and drag to see the text.

There is a row of tools at the top of the Word window.
Step 14: Say something in your comment.
It will be on the right side of the Word window.

On the right side of the page, you'll find a pane.If your computer doesn't have a touch screen, you can use the mouse to draw.When you submit your comment, the horizontal lines will disappear.
Step 23: Click on the document or tap on it.
It will allow you to move on to the next section of text that needs commenting.Make sure you save your document before you close it.
Step 24: Click on a Word document.
You can open the document in Microsoft Word.
Step 25: Click over the comment.
There are a couple of options below the comment.
Step 26: Click to reply.
Below your selected comment is the leftmost option.
