A quick homemade bread can be made.

You don't always have time to wait hours on end for a loaf of bread to rise from the ground, but certain meals call for it.When you need fresh bread in under an hour, this recipe won't let you down. The perfect bread for a meal is this fragrant bread.

Step 1: Place the water in a bowl.

It's important to use water that is warm, but not too hot.The yeast could be killed by hot water.Warm water will wake it up without killing it, which is what you want.

Step 2: The yeast and sugar can be added.

To stir it all together, use a spoon. The yeast will start to react with the sugar, and the mixture will become foamy.Within a few minutes, this should happen. If 3 minutes have passed and nothing has happened, you may need to use another batches of yeast.Depending on the temperature you initially tried, you could try again using water that's a little cooler.

Step 3: The flour should be put into a big mixing bowl.

Two loaves of bread will be produced by five cups.All-purpose flour or bread flour can be used.All-purpose flour works just as well as the bread flour, even though it has a bit more height.

Step 4: The oil, salt and yeast mixture should be added.

At a time, pour them over the flour.

Step 5: Take the dough and mix it.

If you want to make a big, sticky ball of dough, use either a mixture with a dough hook attachment, a hand mixer or a wooden spoon.

Step 6: There is a ball of dough in the bowl.

You can use a separate oiled bowl or wash out the mixing bowl. The dough has room to rise if it is twice the size as the ball of dough.

Step 7: Place the dough in a warm spot.

Place a clean dishcloth over the bowl or cover it with plastic wrap.Put it in a warm place. If your kitchen is drafty, preheat your oven to 200 degrees and put the bowl in there. It will be the right temperature for the dough to rise.

Step 8: Allow the dough to rise for 25 minutes.

It will start smoking during this time.It will rise enough to give the dough a good texture, even though it won't double in size.

Step 9: Allow the dough to be punched and kneaded.

If you have a stand mixer, use the dough hook attachment to make dough. You can make dough by hand if you don't have a mixer. If you want the dough to relax, use the heels of your hands to knead it for 10 minutes. When you pause your kneading, the dough stops pulling into a ball shape. It should be flexible. The dough will be stretchy and shiny.

Step 10: The temperature in the oven should be 350 degrees (180C).

Step 11: The dough should be divided.

Roll it out or press it into a circle. You have two half-moons of dough if you cut it in half.

Step 12: Put it up.

One of the corners should point toward you if you place one piece of dough in front of you.Roll the dough away from your body when you pick up the corner. When you have a loaf, roll it all the way up.Pick up the other piece of dough. If you don't want a rolled loaf shape, you can divide and shape the dough any way you want. You can make traditional loaves, dinner rolls, pizza crust, or any other shape you want.

Step 13: Slit the top.

Slits can be made in the top of each loaf with a knife. The bread cooks more evenly with this.

Step 14: The bread should be placed on the sheet.

You could put a cookie sheet in a loaf pan.

Step 15: The bread needs to be bake for 30 minutes.

When the top is golden brown, it's ready. It can be served with butter and jam.

Step 16: Finished.
