Thanks for the information!It worked great on my phone.I used the plugs on Mouser to build a jumper.I used a 3.5mm jack to cut off the xm signal when an aux cord is plugged in.There is a product listed on themouser.com.

Since this was first posted, head units have moved on and now come with AUX inputs and no CD Changer.I would like to do the reverse.Is it possible to make the rear AUX work with my CD Changer?

I can't find a 3.5 audio jack receiver.Is it possible to cut the end of the RC plugs and connect them to the car with a 3.5mm receiver?Would I need to ground the wire?How to ground it?

Is it possible to ground the black and white wire on the car and only connect the rc cables to the brown and green wires?
