Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard Civilian Employees are retired and discharged.

The documents listed below can be scanned or photographed.If you choose to upload an ID card or another document with sensitive information, please redact it.

You will need to show your First name, Last name and affiliation with one of the listed organizations.If you are sending a copy of an ID card, you should black out identification numbers.A letter on official company/agency letterhead identifying you as an employee or retiree will suffice if you are uncomfortable sending a copy of your official ID card.The program is designed to support those who protect our safety and national security, or have served in one of these capacities.It isn't designed to be a business opportunity.

As soon as you create an account, you will be able to enter your order.The documentation will be reviewed the next day.Your order will be shipped immediately if everything is in order.We can contact you if you don't have an affiliation.If supporting documents are found to be incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, access to the program may be denied.
