The Good. The SVS Prime Tower is a well-built and great-sounding speaker for the money. The "3.5-way" design offers significantly more detail than standard two-way offerings. The speakers are capable of quite deep bass and work well in a home theater context.
Are SVS subs good?
They're technologically very simple, no servo mechanism like Rythmik or Velodyne nor interesting designs like Genelec's LSE. But their sealed line provide very good value for money, a long warranty and are very good looking.

Totally worth it and overkill for me, but for others, it wouldn't be enough. Far too expensive for many, and less than others spend on speaker wire. SVS has excellent customer service and a generous return policy.
