After a long day at school, your body is going to need some energy.When you get home, have a bowl of oatmeal or an apple.It is easier to get started if you fuel your body.If you want a full meal, don't sit down.Your body will get tired after eating a full meal as it tries to digest the food.
Step 4: Let the members of your family know about your plans.
If other people know about your goals, you'll be more productive.Tell your family that you will be productive after school.You need to get to work when you get home in order to avoid letting your parents down.

Step 10: If you have a messy room organize it.
It's easy to forget about the trash in your room when you leave dirty laundry on the floor.Cleaning your personal space doesn't require much brain power and is a good activity to complete after school.Cleaning your room will give you a rest when you get home.
Step 11: If your parents have given you any chores, you should finish them.
