My Bose Sounlink Color 2 stopped working.I think it's the battery.How can I tell?Where can I find a new place to live in Canada?

Thank you for the quick response.I tried the reset, but it didn't work.The speaker has turned into a zombie.No sound coming out nor indicators can be seen on my phone and PC.I could do a software update.!
