Can anyone tell me why my chest feels like it needs to crack when I stretch?
It doesn't happen every time I stretch, maybe once or twice a day.I've been lifting weights.
At least 10 times a day.You can't get it when you know it needs a crack.I've been there for over a week.Almost went insane.
Oh my god.An orgasm takes second place.I was in shock when I did it.I can only do it a few times a year. It's like a special room.
It has never been satisfying for me.It is too strange of a location for me to get over it.Those are some satisfying pops.
I've heard a lot of people mention it, including my dad who lifted for 20 years and has no health issues or joint pain. You will be aight.
Yes, I do this.I don't worry about it because it never hurts. The ribs meet the sternum and it sounds like a knuckle cracking.
It scared me the first time.It became an odd thing, like, "holy shit!Did you hear that? That was my chest!
The fluid in your sternocostal joint releases gas bubbles when sternum connects to the ribs. It's the same as cracking your knuckles.
The stereotypical "cracking" noise that you're talking about isn't made by bones. The noise comes from the joint, either the fluid or something going on with it.
Can it happen when your chest is puffed up?When I breathe heavier than usual, my chest can crack when I move it forward.
