An add-on Membership is just like it sounds. Not a primary or complimentary cardholder, but an additional pro-rated Membership ($40), ideal for businesses or large families. Sam's Club Members may obtain up to eight (8) Add-on Memberships for an additional fee, $40 for each Add-on.
