How do I exchange Vivobarefoot?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer exchanges. If you would like another size or colour, please place another order and follow the returns process for the original order. What do I do if my shoes are faulty? / do you offer a guarantee on products?
Can you return Vivobarefoot shoes?
We're confident that after experiencing the joys of natural foot freedom, your feet won't want to go back to 'normal' shoes. However, if you change your mind within 100 days you can return your shoes for a full, hassle free refund.
Where is Vivobarefoot shipped from?
We are only shipping within Germany. Switzerland www.vivobarefoot.ch.
Does Vivobarefoot have a warranty?
All shoes purchased from us come with a 6-month sustainable guarantee. If your shoes are faulty or haven't held up as well as they should, please let us know! Just provide proof of purchase, and we'll be happy to get a replacement pair out to you.
