The combination microwave/hood cannot be connected to the kitchen small appliance receptacle circuits because it is not a countertop appliance.It is a fixed appliance.NEC 110.3(B) requires following manufacturer's installation instructions for listed and labeled appliances, as well as specifying a dedicated circuit for microwave/hoods.
