Basic Yale keys are trivially copied by anyone with a copy machine. I have done it with a file many times, and even a disc cutter. My best was filing a 5 pin Yale on the first go with just a look at the key through the window. But a more expensive lock won't be so easy, even getting the blank can be nearly impossible.
