How long does UGG take to refund?
All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. In some cases it can take up to 7 working days from the time that UGG® processes a refund for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, this is dependent on your bank or card issuer.
How do you return a pair of Uggs?
If you purchased your UGG® product within the last 365 days, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. You can return your product(s) to us by using the pre-paid shipping label located in the product(s) original packaging.
Can you return Uggs without the box?
Purchase must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund. The original sales receipt must be presented. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all labels and product swing tags attached. The shoe box must be in its original condition and not be damaged in any way.
How long does an UGG exchange take?
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
