Use a dark roast Keurig® coffee pods. The only type of K-Cup® we recommend using for an iced coffee is a dark roast. Light and medium roast coffees do not have the oomph to stand up to the ice.

Can you use any K cup for iced coffee?
You can use any Keurig machine you want. But remember that if you are brewing directly over the ice, you should not be using a glass cup (though you can transfer your brew into one after the temperature homogenizes a bit).
Can you use regular pods for iced coffee?
You can make iced coffee with any regular k cup pod. I do recommend using dark roasted k cups for best results. Dark roasted k cups hold their flavor and don't get watered down when you add ice.
How do you make iced coffee with Nespresso pods?
- Add 3 ice cubes to your glass.
- Extract 1.35 oz of your espresso coffee on top.
- Add 3 oz of cold water, then stir.
Can you use regular coffee for iced coffee?
Pour the hot coffee over a cup that's filled with lots and lots of ice. You'll notice a few iced cubes starting to melt which will help dilute and bring it to room temperature. After a few minutes and when there's ice floating, not melting, transfer into a new cup filled with ice. Add creamer and sugar if desired.
