To connect two VGA monitors, you would have to have two VGA ports on your computer. If you, then you can plug in both monitors and use them at the same time. If you have 1 VGA port and (at least) 1 moinitor port of any type (Displayport, HDMI, etc.) then you can also plug in both monitors.
Can you run 2 monitors off 1 VGA port?
