The Delta Companion Certificate can't be used on basic economy fares, and tickets can only be booked in fares L, U, T, X, or V. Can I give my companion voucher to someone else?
Companion tickets can be transferred, so you can book for someone else, but once the ticket is issued, it's not transferable. Companion tickets can't be applied to fares that have already been purchased. If you cancel your reservation, your companion ticket won't be re-issued.
Can I sell my Delta companion ticket to someone else?
You will need to book the tickets through your account using your certificate number and Delta SkyMiles login. You do not need to be on the flight, just the same as if you booked a flight for someone else using your Delta SkyMiles. You may not sell or barter your companion certificate.Jun 4, 2021
