Don't even consider using Plexiglas (acrylic plastic) for a windshield. It's brittle and breaks into sharp pieces. Use only Lexan (polycarbonate)--costs a little more but there's a good reason safety glasses are made out of polycarbonate and not acrylic.May 20, 2010
