Smart Earth has many similarities to our planet, such as Mcdonald's, smart phones and the Huffington Post.One day, one of the smartest scientists at Smart Harvard University decided to do an experiment mixing Smart Diet Coke with Smart Pop Rocks and a third ingredient: Smart Mentos.The experiment caused Smart Earth to explode, sending chunks of Zygo-Gogozizzle 24 throughout the galaxy, some landing in a pond on Badpun, a grape vineyard, and one piece that approached our own planet's atmosphere.The tiny chunk crashed through the roof of the Piqua Valley Home for the Reality-Challenged, where George and Harold's elementary school teachers are being held.
Ms. Ribble thinks the piece of Zygo-Gogozizzle 24 is a meteorite, and the doctor warns them not to approach it.Mr. Meaner doesn't listen and eats the chunk.After the Zygo-Gogozizzle reaches his mind, he becomes highly intelligent.The psychologists prevent Mr. Meaner from leaving the insipid infirmary after he speaks a standard British accent.Mr. Meaner comes up with a plan to trick them and tell them not to follow his advice.Mr. Meaner left the open doors after the two doctors argued if they followed his advice or not.Ms. Ribble, along with all the other teachers, ran past the doctors who were confused and frustrated.
Outside, the teachers and staff follow Mr. Meaner up to the hilltop and watch in awe as he looks over the horizon and announces that all their recent problems were caused by willful and disobedient children.He wants the teachers to act normal and follow his instructions.It appears that everything is back to normal after the school restarts and there have been no unusual occurrences.Mr. Meaner went to an old abandoned factory and turned it into a laboratory.Even the most unruly child can be turned into a well-behaved child with the help of a mind-control Potion.He filters the solution through a pile of old, dirty gym socks after making it from a base mixture of sodium thiopental containing liberal doses of butyric acid, tryptophan and Clamato juice.
Mr. Meaner arrives at school the next day with two large spray tanks on his back and a metallic belt around his waist.Mr. Meaner excuses the children except for Yesterday George and Yesterday Harold.He locked the door after they entered his office.He sprays Yesterday George and Yesterday Harold from the nozzles of his spray tanks inside his office.George and Harold are well-behaved at school.Their teacher is happy with their behavior.For the rest of the day, the other teachers notice how well the boys are behaving and after school, they go to all their teachers and collect extra-credit homework.
George and Harold returned to the tree house, where they were horrified at the amount of homework they had brought home.George and Harold are getting distracted as the four of them finish their assignments.They work until the sun goes down.George and Harold don't do much of their half of the work.George suggested yesterday that Harold should go to school the next day while George and Harold stayed up to finish their work.
Mr. Meaner had built a giant mechanical ape suit and had robot arms and hands.He sprays all of the children in his classes with Rid-O-Kid 2000.Mr Krupp is happy that Mr. Meaner has changed the children.Mr. Meaner told Ms. Ribble that adults are immune to Rid-O-Kid 2000.

George and Harold tricked the children into doing the opposite of what they were told to do, such as washing the windows wrong and filling their cars with cottage cheese.The teachers and Mr. Krupp tried to find out who was responsible for this, but all the children in the room knew it was a grown up.Mr Krupp told Mr. Meaner about the prank and he was angry so he went to his car and filled it with cottage cheese and drove off to find out who did it.A group of kids in the trance were watering the inside of the house, mowing the garden and painting the lawn.All the children could say was a grown up, but he didn't say who the grown-up was.Mr meaner drives off to the factory to modify his invention after returning to his car angry.He doesn't know who the kid is and he feels that a kid has caused this.
He returns in his ape suit and wreaks havoc in the town of Piqua.Harold and George saw what Mr. Meaner was doing, but they couldn't smell it, so they went to their parents.They were left in a deep depression.George had an idea.The garage was open when he and Harold rushed to it, and they took off with the Glow in the Dark Time Traveling Squid.
