Change your Apple ID security questions on your phone.
If you get locked out of your Apple ID account, there is a way to verify your identity from within the menu on your phone.If you forget your security questions, you can reset them from the Apple ID recovery website.
Step 1: You can open the settings on your phone.
The grey gear icon can be found on one of your Home screens.
Step 2: You can find the fourth group of options by scrolling down.
Step 3: Use your Apple ID.
It is at the top of the page.If you don't have an Apple ID, you can type your email address and password into the provided fields.
Step 4: Enter the password for your Apple ID.
If you have recently accessed your Apple ID, you don't need to do this.To sign into your Apple ID account, you need to tap Sign In here.
Step 5: Password and security can be specified by selecting them.
Step 6: You can change security questions by tapping.
This is at the top of the page.If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your phone, you'll need to turn it off.Setting new security questions is part of the disabling process.
Step 7: Provide the answers to security questions.
The answer to each question can be typed under the question text.
Step 8: You can agree.
You can see this in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 9: You can ask a security question.
Step 10: A new question can be selected.
Step 11: You can type in your question.
You can do this below the question prompt.
Step 12: You should change your other two questions.
Step 13: You can save it by tapping it.
You can see this in the top right corner of your screen.All devices that use the same Apple ID will be affected by the changes.
Step 14: You can open Apple's recovery webpage.
This is where you can recover parts of your Apple ID account.
Step 15: You need to type in your Apple ID email address.
Step 16: You can tap next.
You can find it in the top right corner of your browser window.
Step 17: The "I need to reset my security questions" option can be checked.
Step 18: If you want to, tap next.
Step 19: You can enter your Apple ID password.
Step 20: Next, tap.
Step 21: "Get an email" is the option to check.
Step 22: If you want to, tap next.
Step 23: Your recovery email account is open.
You have an Apple ID email address.
Step 24: The email from Apple should be opened.
"Reset your Apple ID security questions and answers" should be the title.If you don't see the email, be sure to check your inbox.
Step 25: You can type your recovery code into the verification field on the Apple ID page.
The body of the email has a 6-digit numerical code.
Step 26: The next step is to tap next.
Step 27: Select the question.
Step 28: If you want to ask a new question, select one.
Step 29: You can type in your question.
You can do this below the question prompt.
Step 30: You should change your other two questions.
Step 31: If you want to, tap next.
Your security questions have been changed.All devices that use your Apple ID will be affected by this change.
