Step 1: You can rinse the fish roe in fresh water.

The first dish you used was too large.If you don't want to mix the dry ingredients with the cornmeal and flour, you can put a spoon in the dish and stir them together.You can combine the ingredients with a whisk or fork.
Step 4: The roe should be put in the milk mixture and the cornmeal mixture.
Before dipping the roe into the flour and cornmeal mixture, make sure to coat it with the milk mixture.The roe needs to be coated on all sides for the best taste.It's important to coat the roe thoroughly in the milk mixture.
Step 5: The roe should be placed in the skillet on medium-high heat.
The pan should be coated in a light layer of olive oil.Wait for the skillet to heat up before placing the roe on it.The roe should be spread evenly on the skillet.
Step 6: Cook the roe for a few minutes on each side to make them golden brown.

Step 8: The onions should be cooked in the skillet for about 8 minutes.
If necessary, add more oil and chopped onions to the pan.As they cook for about 8 minutes, stir them to make them tender and brown.The onions don't stick to the pan if you stir them around frequently.
Step 9: Before adding lemon juice, sprinkle garlic into the skillet and cook for a minute.
Put the onions in the skillet with the garlic and mix it with a spoon to cook it.Combine all the ingredients thoroughly after pouring in a small amount of lemon juice.The mixture is ready if the lemon juice is properly mixed in.
Step 10: Place the onion and garlic mixture over the roe.
If you want to eat the roe, place it on a clean plate.Place the garlic, onion, and lemon mixture over the fried roe.If you don't know if you'll like the sauce or not, pour a small amount over the roe.
Step 11: The roe sacs should be seperated carefully.
It will be easier to steal the fish sacs from one another.Be careful not to pierce your fingers or spoon as you do this.There are other fish roe that can be used in this recipe.
Step 12: Remove the roe from the water and dry them off.
If you want to clean the roe, put them in a strainer and hold them under water for a few seconds.Place them on a clean paper towel and pat them dry.
Step 13: Put the roe in a pan with enough water to reach the sides.
Spread the roe out in a pan that's big enough to hold them all in one layer.Place the pan in the middle of the roe.
Step 14: Measure out the butter from the water in the cup.
Put the water in a measuring cup and separate it from the roe.The amount of butter you need in the pan depends on the water measurement.Measure the amount of butter that will be poured into the pan.Remove the roe from the pan and wipe it down to dry it.
Step 15: The butter will start to bubble.
Set the pan to medium heat after pouring the melted butter into it.The butter is ready for the roe once it starts bubbling.
Step 16: The roe should be cooked in the pan for 9-11 minutes so it cooks evenly.
Put the roe in the butter and it will cook in a minute.When the heat is turned down, cook the roe for 2 minutes, then use a spatula or other kitchen tool to flip them.Continue until the roe is cooked through and opaque.When the roe changes color and is no longer transparent, it's done.Make sure the roe cooks evenly and doesn't stick by flipping it over in the pan.
Step 17: You can serve it with a sauce of your choice.
This could be a brown butter sauce, a sauce made of peppers, or any other sauce you like to put on fish.Before serving your sauce, remove the roe from the pan.
Step 18: Take the butter out of the pan and put it back in.
Place the butter in the pan and it will start to melt.At least use enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan completely for the roe's taste.
Step 19: Sprinkle the roe with salt and pepper when it is in the pan.
Put the roe in the pan after the butter has melted.Depending on how much you want to use, sprinkle it with salt and pepper.Any fish roe will work in this recipe.
Step 20: For 10 minutes, cook the roe in the pan.
Before you use a spatula or other kitchen tool to flip the roe, let it cook for 5 minutes.After the roe is flipped over, cook it in the pan for 5 minutes.When you flip the roe, make sure it doesn't break.
Step 21: When it's brown remove the roe.
The roe should be done after 10 minutes.If you don't know if the roe is cooked through or not, pierce it with a fork.The roe can be transferred to a plate using a spatula.While you cook the rest of the ingredients, set the plate of roe aside.
Step 22: Put the other ingredients in the pan.
Lemon juice, parsley, and chives are included.Put all of these ingredients in the same pan you used to cook the roe in, and let it heat up over medium to medium-low heat.To make sure they heat up evenly, mix the ingredients in the pan with a large pan.
Step 23: Put the mixed ingredients over the roe.
Pour the warm ingredients on top of the roe.The roe is ready to be served.
