When compared to the industry standard of 6.5 for medium firmness, it's clear that this bed is fairly firm. I personally gave the mattress a firmness rating of 7, which some might find surprising given the thick layer of memory foam in the top layer.
Can I return my Lucid mattress?

Can you return mattresses?
