Do you think the MiO Energy Drink Mix has the same effect as the Mio Energy Water Enhancer?

The liquid concentrate is supposed to be mixed into water or sparkling water in order to enhance the taste. There are no significant differences between the original water enhancer and this one.

The regular energy enhancer and coffee flavors are the two different product lines.

The water enhancer, energy, and vitamins are all supposed to enhance normal water.

It is made by a company that is well known for their products such as Velveeta and Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

It isn't a significant source of calories from fat, saturated fat and trans fat.

It doesn't make sense that this is a real product. In addition to some artificial sweetener and some added acid, what else is in the liquid water enhancer?

Again, we have the culprits, sucralose and aceulfame potassium, which are not particularly beneficial to your health.

Adding fruit concentrate to your water would help you avoid the artificial sweeteners, which would give you a better taste.

I wonder if the coffee flavors are like adding a single shot to your drink. Is it supposed to be added to water or coffee?

I am not sure if it tastes as good as a regular coffee.

60mg of caffeine is supposed to be contained in each squeeze of Mio Energy Water. The amount of caffeine that comes out of 18 squeezes per bottle is a really concentrated amount.

Mio has less caffeine than some of the strongest energy drinks on the market.

It is possible to control your intake and how strong you want the drink to be, but they do not recommend you drinking the whole thing in one go.

I wouldn't say that the energy water enhancer is bad for you.

Sucralose is supposed to replace natural sugars in food and drinks.Although sucralose has been deemed safe by government authorities, there have been concerns about the side effects that occur after consuming it.

Sucralose is a simple sugar made from sugar in a chemical process where 3 hydrogen-oxygen groups are replaced with chlorine atoms.

The study found that up to 12 weeks after the experiment, the gutbacteria had still not returned. It can help you lose weight if you replace sugar in your diet with sucralose, but there isn't enough evidence about the long-term effects.

There isn't enough precedence for scientists and researchers to clearly state that these are side effects of chemicals, only data collected over time will tell what effects the chemicals really have on the human body.

Red 40 has been shown to have certain compounds that have been linked to cancer.

In addition to that, research has shown that food dyes can affect learning in young children and cause other problems.

More research is needed to determine the effects of food dye on children, but the results so far are not very promising.

A water flavor enhancer is supposed to make your water taste better for people who can't drink regular water. They usually have sugar, flavorings, and some colorings.

Even though Mio claims that it has zero sugar, it still contains artificial sweeteners, which can affect your body in a whole host of different ways and have been shown to impact your gutbacteria, as in the study linked to above.

The flavors, sweeteners and colorings are not supposed to be put in your body over an extended period of time.

Not particularly. The water aspect is good, as it provides you with hydration, but in terms of nutrition, there isn't much there.

The enhancers might have zero calories, but what about the sweeteners? If you have a water bottle with a built in infuser, you can add in fruit of your choice, and your water will be delicious.

REIZE, an energy drink in powder form that contains 1000mg of taurine, is a lot more energizing and helpful than just stuffing yourself full of caffeine and trying to trick yourself into it, so if you really want something that is healthier than most energy drinks, try it.

50mg of caffeine is contained in REIZE.After trying a lot of energy drinks with 200mg of caffeine per can, that is a refreshing change.

Is the energy water enhancer really beneficial to your health?I don't think so.

A 6 pack of Mio Energy Water costs $32.48.

It seems like a lot to pay for such a small bottle, but if you consider that you can make 18 drinks with one little carton, it comes up to about $0.21 per drink, which isn't too bad.

The fact that it doesn't contain any other energy- boosting ingredients makes it a little low in the caffeine department. If you want to get the full effect, you need to put two to three squirts in a single drink, which is half a cup of coffee.

B vitamins, taurine and other good stuff can be found in many of the best energy drinks.

If you want to buy it in a store, you can go to Walgreens, Target, Walmart, or your local gas station.

Although both of them are in liquid form, they are supposed to be mixed into water or sparkling water in order to give you some form of energy.

What REIZE lacks in caffeine it makes up for elsewhere, with added vitamins, taurine and ginseng to give the drink an extra boost.

Adding Mio to your water doesn't seem to make much difference in terms of nutrition.

REIZE uses the same combination of ingredients as Coke Zero, with sucralose being the artificial sweetener.

Reize is about $1 for a single drink, but Mio is more expensive at $3.12 a bottle.

Although REIZE seems more expensive than Mio, I think that it is worth more, as the taste and overall nutrition is a lot better.

REIZE gets its energy from taurine, a natural body chemical compound, so it is not as harmful to your body as just consuming a ton of caffeine and sugar, like you will find in many energy drinks.

I didn't realize that the small bottle had 18 drinks worth of liquid in it.The design was cute and tied into the idea of it being a water enhancer.

The drink was red in color and I would call it neon.I wasn't a fan of putting that into my body, but it was for science.I had a red tint on my teeth after drinking some of it.

It was very plastic. That is the only word I can use to describe it.The color was just as bright, and it smelt like a children's gummy.

I didn't feel like it added anything to the water except an unpleasant sweet taste, and it had a really strange after-taste as well. The taste of water is what I prefer.

It wasn't as effective as I had thought it would be, and I was still yawning about an hour after taking it.After my disappointing experience, I decided to take a nap and drink a real glass of water.

I wouldn't be in a rush to try it again, I'm not sure that it did much.

Unless you like artificial tasting things, I don't think the taste is great. The effect is not as stimulating as you would think, and for the price, you could get a great tasting energy drink that does the job.

It doesn't give you any health benefits, but if you're bored of your regular water, it's a way to liven things up.

There are many energy drinks on the market. There are some ready-to-drink energy drinks that give a bit more energy than Mio.

A lot of the market leading energy drinks are more expensive than powdered drinks, but with the same great flavor and efficacy.

If you are looking for something that is quick and easy to take, you could look at Vivarin. Some of the above mentioned energy drinks may not be up to snuff with the energy boost.

There are a lot of great energy drinks out there.REIZE is a powdered energy drink that is easy to make and carry around.

REIZE has the same amount of caffeine as a single serving of Mio, but it also contains some other great energy- boosting ingredients.

You can add REIZE to all types of drinks, it is up to you.

Reize is more affordable than most energy drinks and ships right to your door.
