Do you use developer with Wella semi-permanent hair color?
A lot goes into color correction and without training it can be difficult to do on your own. With that said yes this is the developer you would use with our Wella Color Charm Demi Permanent Hair Color.
How do you use Colorcharm paints?
- Apply Paints on dry, clean pre-lightened hair or natural hair.
- Massage product in with your fingers. Don't forget to wear gloves.
- Develop for 20 minutes.
- Do not shampoo or condition. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
- Dry and style as desired.
