How long does Klarna take to cancel?
Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. If 14 days have passed since the store confirmed your cancellation and you're still missing your refund, please chat with our Customer Service with your cancellation confirmation available.
What does Cancelled mean on Klarna?
A canceled order is an order that won't be fulfilled. You can cancel orders as long as they haven't been captured yet. Captured orders can't be canceled and should be refunded instead. Canceled orders won't show up in your statements, as no payment from us or your customer has been made.
Why is my klarna purchase still pending?
If the order status is shown as 'Pending', this means our Fraud department is manually reviewing the order. This process can take up to 24 hours. It would be best if you waited with fulfilling the order until the status changes to 'Approved'.
Can I cancel a payment if its processing?
