You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date.Since many of the store locations have been closed, the window for returns and exchanges has been extended to 60 days.
You can return your items by mail.Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.The tags must be attached to all other items.
You can print a pre-paid shipping label at the returns site.On your order confirmation, you can find your billing zip code and order number.
The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refunds.The original cost to ship the item to you will not be included in your refund amount.
Send the item back using the label provided.You should get a refund within three weeks.
Take the item you want to return along with your packing slip to any FOREVER 21 store.Your original form of payment will be credited back to you.That applies to gift cards too.
You are only eligible for store credit if you paid with Amazon Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay.
If you want to exchange items you bought online, you have to go to a store.The 60-day window still applies.All tags must be attached to the clothes.
