A cloud-based platform for video and audio conferencing, as well as webinars and distance education, is available for free with the use of zoom.You can learn how to sign into your account from a web browser, a desktop client, and a mobile app.You can create a free account if you don't have a zoom account.
Step 1: Sign in at https://zoom.us.
You can log in with any web browser.If you're on a computer that doesn't have the Zoom desktop client installed, you can use this method.
Step 2: Click to sign in with SSO, or enter your email and password to do so.
If you use SSO, you may be asked to confirm your account and birthday.If you're using a company's Zoom account, you would be assigned SSO, which is single sign-on.
Step 3: If you used email and password, click Sign In.
You'll be taken to your dashboard.Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the page to sign up.
Step 4: You can open zoom.
This can be found in your Start menu or in the Applications folder.The download will begin if you don't have the client downloaded.When the file is downloaded, open it and follow the instructions on the screen to install the client.You can use a web browser if you can't download the desktop client.
Step 5: Click to sign in with SSO, or enter your Zoom email and password.
If you use SSO, you may be asked to confirm your account and birthday.Single sign-on is what you'd be assigned if you were using a company's account.
Step 6: If you used your email and password, click Sign In.
You'll be taken to your dashboard.Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the page to sign up.
Step 7: You can open zoom.
This app icon looks like a white video camera icon on a blue background, which you can find on one of your Home screens, in the app drawer, or by searching.
Step 8: Go to sign in.
It is in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 9: If you want to sign in with SSO, you need to enter your email and password.
If you use SSO, you may be asked to confirm your account and birthday.
Step 10: If you used your email and password, tap Sign In.
You'll be taken to your dashboard.To sign out, tap next to a gear icon at the bottom of your screen, and then tap your account listed in the top of the menu.
