Vial Sealing Process The vials or bottles are manually placed on the machine by the operator. Once placed, the sealing process is initiated, and the sealing head moves down to compress the vial stopper until the closed-loop compression force feedback confirms the operator programmed compression setting is achieved.
How do you fill a sealed vial?
To fill the vial, a needle is inserted through the stopper to deliver the drug product. The puncture trace is then filled in using a laser. Closed vials arrive ready-to-fill, and can be loaded in a variety of ways, including beta-bags or vaporized hydrogen peroxide airlocks.Jan 11, 2020
