Go to the bottom right hand side and click on the 3 horizontal lines. This should bring up your play queue. There is a history button beside it, and you can view all the songs you have listened to.

From what I have noticed, it takes into account all of the music you have listened to for that week and picks similar songs. Occasionally I have someone else listen to music on my account and the music for Discover Weekly also adds things similar to whatever they listened to.
