How do I transfer money from my skylight to another bank?
Skylight card does not have a direct way to transfer fund to a bank account. Since the card is a Netspend card and all Netspend cards do not support a card to a bank transfer, then you have to use indirect means to make money available in your bank account.
How do you set up skylight?
- Plug the USB side of the power cable into the USB port in the wall adapter.
- Connect the opposite end of your power cable (the round end) to Skylight (it plugs into the small hole on the back).
- Plug it into an outlet.
- In about 30 seconds, the Skylight home screen will appear.
How do I get my skylight code?
- Visit app.ourskylight.com/register/ or download the Skylight Mobile App.
- Choose your personal Skylight email address. Every Skylight email has the format ___________@ourskylight.com (e.g., johnsmith@ourskylight.com)
- Our system will give you a 6-digit code to tap into your Skylight device.
How do I transfer money from my Netspend account to another bank?
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click Wallet located at the top of the page. When using a smartphone, you can tap Menu then Wallet.
- Click 'Link a bank account'
- Choose your bank, or tap the 'Don't see your bank? ' at the bottom.
- Link you bank.
How do I get money off my skylight card?
Each payday, whether you're at work, at home, or on vacation, you can use a Skylight Check to withdraw all of the cash from your Skylight Account. Skylight Checks can be cashed free of charge at your card's issuing bank's branches and at participating ACE Cash Express locations.
