You can cancel your Koodo Mobile contract by calling customer support over the phone. You can also renegotiate your contract with Koodo Mobile here to reduce your monthly bills. Will Koodo pay my cancellation fee?
If you cancel your Koodo account, we will refund the deposit, minus any amount that you may owe (which may include late payment and cancellation charges).
