Return your cylinder(s) to one of your local retailers (without exchanging it for a full cylinder). If you are not reimbursed by the retailer, contact our customer care to send you a prepaid shipping label to return the cylinder(s). SodaStream will issue you a check for $1 per cylinder.

Do SodaStream cylinders expire?
While the gas in the CO2 cylinder does not expire, our cylinders need to be checked for quality assurance purposes by a certain date, which can be found at the bottom of cylinder. For best use, we recommend storing your cylinder at room temperature.
