How do I get the collar off a Polaris 360 back up valve?
Ensure the backup valve opening points towards the Polaris 360 pool sweep when it gets stuck in a corner.
It gets stuck in certain spots as a result.I think the internal mechanism for the valve needs to be replaced.I noticed a few of them.
The Polaris will not cycle through the backup sequence.It is stuck going backwards.The backup mechanism was replaced by me.
Push the mechanism into the new case.The back-up valve jet needs to be open at the bottom of the case.6.
All of these can be solved by Polaris pool cleaner.If you leave your Polaris pool cleaner out in the open, the back-up valve will fire.
