Where do I find my XactNet ID?
- In the project dashboard, select Help in the navigation menu on the left.
- Click About Xactimate.
- Look for the XactNet Address for your instance in the About Xactimate dialog box that appears.
How do you access XactAnalysis?
Link your XactAnalysis accounts and log in On the login page , enter your new Xactware ID and password and click Log In. You are taken to the XactAnalysis landing page. On the landing page, your account(s) appear in the XactAnalysis Accounts area.

In addition, end of life for Xactimate 28 will occur on December 1, 2021. On this date, the legacy comm servers that Xactimate 28 uses to communicate with XactAnalysis will be shut down.
