Missing items/Incorrect order If a customer informs you of missing items in their order, please advise them to get in touch with our team using the Skip app. Mark the order as delivered so you can continue onto your next delivery.
Who pays Skip dishes driver?
You're paid 100% of the delivery fee and 100% of the customer's discretionary tip from each order you deliver, as well as any applicable subsidies or reimbursements. The delivery fee is the amount a customer pays for you to deliver and is a portion of your overall Transit Pay for an order.
How do I make a complaint to skip the dishes?
You can report health and safety concerns to Skip by emailing couriers@skipthedishes.com or by using the non-live chat function in the Courier App.
