- Select 【Easy Drop Off】
- Select the closest Drop Off Location from the menu listed.
- Print the UNIQLO Prepaid Return Label and Packing List and repack the items.
Is UNIQLO free returns online?
If the date of purchase is before the 1st March, then you can still return your purchase for free back online. Please always ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition. All standard conditions apply. If the date on your invoice is on or after 1st March, then you will have to pay for your return back to us.
Does UNIQLO pay for return shipping?

How do I return my online order?
Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.
