How do I use the Content-Aware Move tool in a photo?
The Content-Aware Fill option was introduced in the October 2018 release of the software.
The image elements can be removed with the patch tool.The Patch tool has a Content-Aware option.

To specify how close the patch should be to existing image patterns, enter a value between 1 and 7.The patch is very strong if you enter 7.The patch is very close to the existing image patterns if you enter 1.
If you want to apply color-blending to the patch, enter a value between 0 and 10.Color Blending is disabled if you enter 0A color value of 10 is the maximum.
Information from all layers can be used to create the result of the move in another layer.The target layer can be selected in the Layers panel.
The area to replace is on the image.The Patch tool can be used to draw a selection.
The Content-Aware Move tool can be used to move a part of a picture.Matching elements from the picture are used to fill the hole left behind by the recomposed image.You don't need to do intensive edits.
To place objects at a different location, use the Move mode.The Extend mode can be used to expand or contract objects.
