You'll qualify for your reward after your last invite has made their qualifying transfer. And it can take up to 5 working days for the reward to be ready to claim. Once your reward is ready, we'll send you an email with info on how you can claim it.
How do I claim Wise?
- Add your bank account as a recipient.
- Contact us — let us know the currency and last 4 digits of the bank account you'd like to receive your reward into.
How do you add friends on TransferWise?
- check you've opened a balance.
- go to Recipients in your TransferWise app.
- tap Find friends on TransferWise.
- tap Sync contacts.
Is Wise safe?
They're very safe. Wise has robust security and encryption in place to protect your personal information, and you can also use 2FA for extra security. You should still use a unique, strong password for your Wise account.
How do I receive payments with Wise?
- Open a balance in the currency you want to receive money in.
- Click Get account details — you'll need to complete some requirements if it's the first time you're getting account details.
- Share these account details to your company, clients or friends, so they can send you money using them.
Can you get your money back with Wise?
Wise automatically refunds your money to the bank account or card that you paid with. The exception to this is if you've paid with your balance. If you have, we'll refund your money to the balance you paid with.
How do I withdraw from Wise?
- Go to Home and select the balance you want to withdraw from.
- Select Send.
- Choose the bank account you want to send your money to.
- When asked how much you'd like to send, choose Send it all.
- Confirm the payment to empty your balance.

How do I add someone on TransferWise?
- Go to Recipients.
- If you're adding your own account, select Add your bank account. If you're adding someone else's account, select Add a recipient — Find your friend using their email address to make this easier, or simply fill in their details.
- Select Confirm to save your recipient.
