- Press Add neoStat.
- Enter the Zone Title or select from the available titles.
- Press Next.
- On the neoStat v2, navigate to the power Icon and hold tick for 5 seconds.
- Navigate to Setup.
- Press Tick twice.
How do I connect my Heatmiser to WiFi?
- Open the neoApp.
- Login to your account.
- Press Add Location.
- Ensure your phone is connected to the same WiFi router that your neoHub is plugged into.
- Press the Connect button on your neoHub.
- The neoApp should detect your neoHub and prompt you to enter a Title for this location.
How do I pair neoAir?
During the countdown press and hold either BOILER or CH1 pairing buttons on the RF Switch for 5 seconds. The LED on the RF Switch will flash to indicate it's in paring mode. Once paired the LED will stop flashing.

Press and hold down the pairing/reset button for 15 seconds on the 'Sensor/Switch'. LED indicator will flash 3 times to confirm reset. At this point the 'Wireless Air Sensor' will notify your heatmiser compatible device that it has left the system, and will automatically be removed from the 'Accessory Menu'.

What does a neoPlug do?
Allows you to control the appliance manually from the neoApp or you can program switching times via the App that the appliance will follow. neoPlug can also be included within Geo location triggers so the appliance can turn on when you get close to home or when you leave.
How does Heatmiser thermostat work?
The room thermostat works by sensing the air temperature, switching on the heating when the air temperature falls below the thermostat setting, and switching it off once this set temperature has been reached. Similarly reducing the temperature setting does not affect how quickly the room cools down.
