How do you update your CPU?
In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you'd like to update. Select Search automatically for updated driver software. Select Update Driver.
Are there updates for CPU?
Contact your motherboard vendor for your board's latest BIOS. CPU software might be updated when or if you update your bios, but, obviously, sometimes a bios update has nothing new for your cpu. Typically, bios updates are to address issues, if no issue most should not update their bios as maintenance.
