You may cancel your SmartShip by logging into your tlc-ioffice portal, begin by selecting SmartShip, then click cancel on to the SmartShip profile. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. You may call us at (810) 471-3812 and request to have your SmartShip cancelled over the phone.

How do I stop Modere SmartShip?
To cancel your SmartShip order login at Modere.com and then select my account. Then click on SmartShip Profiles and remove all the items. You can also call a Modere representative at 1.877. MODERE1 (663.3731) to cancel or modify your order.
How do I return Modere products?

- You must ship your return to us within 30-days of the date you received your order.
- Please do not combine more than one order per package.
