How long can a spiral ham be kept in the fridge?

The ham was pre-cooked at Burger's Smokehouse.It was frozen when it arrived.After a few days in the fridge, it was time to cook low and slow to heat up and glaze.It's one week later and still lots of leftovers.ham is good for 28 days in the fridge, according to Burger's instructions.Is that upon arrival only?Since I opened, heated, and glazed it a week ago, I am paranoid that it will keep a few weeks.Is it a good idea to just relax?I've never heard of cooked meat lasting a month in the fridge.
