We will not be able to cancel your order if you left the store for delivery or have already been delivered.

Some of the stores are kosher certified.If you want to find out if your local store is kosher, look for the "Kosher Certified" notation in the individual store details on our Store Locations page.If any item in your order is not kosher certified, please ask our Fruit Experts® at your local store.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we cannot leave the delivery with a neighbor.Upon request of the guest, we can only leave a delivery at a neighbor's house.If you want your order to be left with a neighbor if the recipient is not home, please make sure to advise the local store in your delivery instructions at the time you place the order.The name and address of the neighbor are required.Residential deliveries can be made as late as 7PM.Residential deliveries can be made as late as 9:00 PM during busy holiday times.If you place a same day order for delivery, you may be contacted by your local store.

Business deliveries will take place between mid-morning and 5:00PM.The delivery person can leave a gift with the front desk, security, or receptionist if they want.If a gift is mishandled, it is not responsible for it.Delivery will be attempted the next day if the business is closed.Same day business deliveries are not advised to be placed after 3:00 PM as there are many business closing.If you place a same day order for delivery, you may be contacted by your local store.

School deliveries will take place between mid-morning and 3:00PM.The delivery person can leave a gift with the front desk, security, or receptionist if they want.If a gift is mishandled, it is not responsible for it.Delivery will be attempted the next day if the school is closed.Same day school deliveries should not be placed after 12:00 PM as many schools close at 3:00 PM.If you place a same day order for delivery, you may be contacted by your local store.Delivery times for Catering items are guaranteed.
