How long should you thaw stouffers party lasagna?

I don't have a box anymore.I think the oven should be set for 350 degrees but I'm not sure if I should keep the film on or remove it.

Cook it at 350 for an hour.Continue cooking for 30 minutes after removing the cover.Enjoy!
