Do I have to pay to use Babylon?
No. It works just like any other NHS GP service and is free to use once you're registered with us.
Why do I have to pay for Babylon?
Because we're private we are not subsidised by the government for the service we provide. This means that if you would like to use the Babylon service and benefit from having GP consultations wherever you are, you will have to pay via one of our subscription options or by having a 'pay as you go' appointment.
Can I use Babylon abroad?
