How much does a pack of peanut butter weigh?
Hello everyone! This was the view I got to look at all day as I headed out to The Winery.
My food was not as pretty.I will be the first to admit that I am not a packaged food person. You will stay full longer when you make it yourself because you know the ingredients are real.It is too early for your brain to start working so you need something fast.I liked the Jimmy Dean Egg White Omelets that The Husband picked out for me.It kept me full for almost 5 hours.
I packed an apple, banana, and Trader Joe's cashews in case I needed to eat healthy. The Husband teases that I was armed with snacks since I carry them everywhere.
I definitely needed the coffee for the drive.
We had no choice but to work lunch.I pulled the meat from the other half of the sandwich and threw out the rest.It was like a half turkey/cheese, 1 oz Kettle NY chips, a few bites of macaroni salad, and a lot of points.
Yes, 4 peanut butter m&m's!I didn't know the points when I grabbed them.I looked at the nutrition facts and found that 10 PC's had a total of 113 calories.
2 oz BBQ pork ribs, 3oz Alexia Sweet Potato Fries, and 1 c broccolini are included.
Not my best day of eats but I am proud of keeping myself in check and eating a lower point dinner.
When she doesn't know, my friend does 14 points for any meal period.I usually add up the ingredients by breaking them down.I use the WW app to find out how much I ate, then break it down by serving, pieces, etc.
The WW tracker is good at keeping up with new foods. If I feel the tracker is off, I add a few points to it and check for something relatively close to what I am having. If it is not there, I will look it up on the internet.I can plug in the tracker with the help of someone who has done the math and has nutrition values. To get a points calculation that is closer to reality, I deconstruct the item.
Thanks for keeping it real!I had a similar day, but decided not to beat myself up about it, and instead looked at all the good choices, water consumption and 45 min.Run.
Thanks!I was wondering if a scale would be helpful for Weight Watchers.
The sandwiches brought in for lunch are not worth the points.I missed my walk today but picked up my favorite Flying Goat short latte.
