How does Fresha make money?
Making money When a client schedules an appointment on Fresha, your website, or your social media pages, a small fee is charged. The fee covers all card processing costs and daily payouts to your bank account, and you are only charged once per booking.
How do people book on Fresha?
- Go to Calendar and click Add new .
- Select Appointment.
- Find the client using the Search client search bar.
- Choose a service that's included in the membership from the dropdown.
How does the Fresha app work?
Fresha allows customers to book appointments online via browser app or mobile app. Fresha also allows users to send automated reminders or alerts to customers about appointments, events and offers.

There are 3 types of fee that you'll be charged for: 20% New client fees - applies only to the first appointment of new clients we bring to you via the Fresha marketplace website and apps. Fees never apply to returning clients, or any appointments made via your own website or social media pages.
