How much does it cost to have a large dent taken out of a car?How much should a small one be removed from a truck?

I had an unfortunate incident this week where my book bag fell and hit the ground.Since the bag is padded, I thought my laptop was safe. The corner where the charger should go in has some aluminum chipping off.The upper portion of the MBP had a small dent on the corner when it was open.
I saved for a year to buy this and I'm distraught that it didn't happen.Even though I'm aware it could have been much worse, it's been driving me insane.I went to the apple store this weekend to find out how much it would cost to fix this since they don't cover accidental damages. To address a battery related issue that I think might be covered under my warranty since I've only had this MBP for 4 months. So long story short, my main questions.
If something is wrong with my battery, will I get a new one or will they just give me a brand new battery?

14 or more days after purchase, Apple won't replace a computer because it needs a new battery. It's less likely because of your accidental ding. The battery will be replaced if it is found to be faulty.
No one can match the original finish of a MBP case after fixing it.The parts that have been damaged will be replaced. The whole display assembly will be replaced if the front or back display is damaged.

I thought that would be the case.I hope it's not too much for small damages.Even though the price is ridiculous, I know I'll end up doing it because of the cosmetic damages.

The idea hit me.I wonder if they would be able to repair my laptop using the part I bring in if I were to acquire another MBP.Do you think it would be possible because they want the money for their part?

When I removed the bottom case to see how the memory is installed, it seemed very tight for the parts in the case. The small dimensions of the MBP seem logical.
They bought a personal articles rider to their homeowners or renter's insurance to make sure they didn't have to.
If you are a college student living in a rental, your landlord's insurance doesn't cover your possesions, so you should have a renter. To arrange something, ask your parent's agent.
If you are a homeowner.I carry a backpack for work.Add it to your homeowner's insurance.
