You can learn how to start a live audio or video broadcast on Facebook using your phone's camera and microphone.
Step 1: You can open the Facebook app on your phone.
The blue box with the white "f" letter is the Facebook icon.Your News Feed will be opened by Facebook.If you don't have a password, you can enter your email or phone number to log in.
Step 2: You can tap what's on your mind.
The Status field is at the top of your News Feed.
Step 3: You can tap go live.
There is a red camera icon below the Status field.It will open your camera.Before you start broadcasting, you will be able to set your camera and privacy settings.If you want to broadcast audio, tap the microphone icon next to the camera at the top of your screen.
Step 4: Change the way you live.
You can set the privacy settings for Live.Anybody can watch or listen to your broadcast.If you want to change it, tap to world icon below your name in the lower- left corner of your screen and select a custom list as your Live audience.
Step 5: You can set up your Live notifications.
A notification is sent to your friends and followers when you start a Live broadcast.If you want to turn off notifications, you can tap the button below your name at the bottom of the screen.The switch will change colors.
Step 6: A caption is needed for your broadcast.
To let your friends and followers know what you're broadcasting, tap the field at the bottom of your screen and type in a description.
Step 7: The arrow icon is in the upper-right corner.
You can switch between your front and back cameras with this button.Before or during your broadcast, you can switch between cameras.
Step 8: Go live.
There is a blue button in the lower right corner of the screen.It will start the broadcast.There is a red indicator at the top of your screen.
Step 9: You can finish by tapping.
You can find the button in the lower-right corner of your screen.It will end the broadcast.
Step 10: Either remove or post your broadcast.
When you're done broadcasting, Facebook will record your Live video and audio.You can either remove your broadcast or post it on your timeline after you tap.
