How to add fade in and fade out to songs in GarageBand.
Fading out of a song is something we hear a lot.You will hear it fade away as the song ends.If you are making your own music in GarageBand, you can add this effect as well.
We will show you how to fade into a song on Mac as well.If you follow our instructions, you can add fade out to your songs.
The easiest way to add this effect is with the automatic fade out feature.The app will create four volume points at the end of your song.If you like, you can change these points.
From the menu, click Track > Show Master Track.The Master Track can be found at the bottom of your track list.
You will see the Master Track with the fade out and four volume points at the bottom of your viewer.
There is no automatic fade currently.You can manually add one.Make sure you have the Master Track in your track list.
If Volume isn't selected in the drop-down box, go ahead and select it.
Volume points can be added at the beginning of your song.To add points to the Master Track, click on the volume line in yellow.Then, drag them to make a fade in.
If you prefer to do it manually, you can add a fade out to your song the same way as with the first set of steps.
It only takes a few taps to add an automatic fade out on the iPad or iPhone.The last 10 seconds of your song will be silent once you add the effect.
The song settings can be opened.On the phone, tap the gear icon and pick the song settings.The wrench icon can be found on the top right of the iPad.
